Compulsive Corruption

A solo gallery show comprised of a short animated film combining paint on glass, coffee grounds and sugar, and pixelation and a physical set built around the ideas that occur within the film. The film and set use hands as symbols for thoughts and ideas, showing the ever-recurring process of the corruption of an offspring's thoughts. Both the gallery and the film tell the story of a mind from start to finish, starting in a pure unadulterated space, to first contact, to emerging from the womb and being exposed to an overwhelming amount of information- from feeding knowledge, to someone else physically forcing thoughts down their throat.
